Never fail Chocolate cake recipes


Ingredient: Items A
1 ¾ cups Raisin Flour
1 ¾ cups castor sugar or brown sugar
¾ cup cocoa powder
1 ½ tsp baking powder
1 ½ tsp bicarbonate soda
1 tsp salt
Items B
1 cup fresh milk
½ cup vegetable oil
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla Essen
Items C
1 cup hot water
Steps:
1. Mix and sift all the items A.
2. Mix all the items B in separate bowl
3. Than mix item A & B together.
4. Last add the item C – hot water. The mixer will be thin and light.
5. Baked in the oven for 35 minutes and temperature 200 degrees.
Topping:
1. 75gm dark chocolates
2. 25gm butter
3. 100gm condensed milk (susu pekat )
Mix all together by using double boiling, when its cold (room temperature) can cover the cake.
